Lakeside Retreat

Updating of a forty-year-old lakeside home outside Houston, TX. Client wanted to feel like she was living in her very own lakeside retreat.  We refinished and floated the textured walls achieving a high-end and brand new look.  Updated flooring throughout, railings, feature lighting, full-scale remodel of kitchen and 3 other bathrooms.  Painted interior/exterior.  Finished out with many new furnishings while integrating her favorites.

Reconstruction of a 1910 Lakefront property in Woodinville, WA.  Featuring suspended breezeway connecting garages to shingled tower entrance.  Custom features like entrance gates, large pivot window in kitchen, awning style windows in the tower, indoor-outdoor living with expansive sliders in living room and master bedroom with views of the lake.  Custom kitchen waterfall island and additional bar in the kitchen with large pivot window facing the lake with indoor/outdoor seating.  Custom interior and exterior lighting throughout.  Suspended eco fireplace.  Extensive bar and butler-laundry room perfect for staging and preparation for large scale entertaining.  

Modern Farm Master Bathroom

Clean and Crisp, rustic yet elegant.  This modern bath remodel packs a punch with heated floors, heated towel bars, integrated teak shower seat, and top of the line fixtures.  Solutioned window and sink placement with vanity mirror hung in front of the window lending natural light and privacy at same time. Barn rail system echoes the shower door and the bathroom entrance from the bedroom.  Floating cabinetry keep floors open with a more spacious feeling to the bathroom suite.
