Design Development.  Planning out the materials and finishes for the project, integration of furniture, and fixtures (like lighting, hardware, plumbing).  Putting together a “mood board” to assist the visualization of how the style and look will come together. 

Design Management. Design Management involves moving into project execution—either leading or supporting architects and contractors with construction documents, material specifications, and design details. It also includes managing bidding processes and coordinating with clients, consultants, designers, and vendors.
